Our office is located on the lakefront of Lake Monroe in the heart of Sanford's historic downtown. We're accessible by several major highways and within a short drive of the Sanford-Orlando International Airport.

From Mount Dora
Follow SR 46 East into Sanford. Pass underneath I-4 and continue through several red lights. Approximately 5 miles after passing I-4, you will get to the intersections of Hwy 17-92 and SR 46. The street name changes from SR 46 to 1st Street continue on 1st Street. The second red light on First Street is Palmetto Avenue; turn left onto Palmetto. Continue on Palmetto through two intersections into the marina. The Palms Island Resort is on the left, and our office building is on the right. We are the first office in the building Suite 101.
From Longwood
Take 17-92 North into Sanford. Proceed into Sanford Turn right onto 1st Street. You will be in the old historic district of Sanford the second red light is Palmetto Avenue. Turn left onto Palmetto and follow Palmetto Avenue and proceed into the marina. The Palms Island Resort is on the left, and our office building is on the right. We are the first office in the building Suite 101.
From Orlando
Take I-4 East (really North) into Sanford. Exit at SR 46 (Exit #101C (Mt.Dora/Sanford) on exit ramp stay in center lane) Seminole Towne Center Shopping Mall. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right (East) onto SR 46. Approximately 5 miles down the road you will come to Highway 17-92 (also known as French Street). After crossing 17-92 the street name changes to 1st Street. You will be in the old historic district of Sanford the second red light is Palmetto Avenue. Turn left onto Palmetto and continue on Palmetto through two intersections proceeding into the marina. The Palms Island Resort is on the left, and our office building is on the right. From Daytona
Take I-4 West (really South) into Sanford. Exit at SR 46 Exit #101 (Old Exit #51) Sanford/Mt. Dora. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left (East) onto SR 46. Stay on SR 46. Driving the GreenWay 417
Exit at Rinehart Road. Go north (right turn) to SR 46. Turn right (East) onto SR 46. Approximately 5 miles down the road, you will cross Highway 17-92. Take 17-92 South into Sanford. Pass the Zoo and continue on 17-92 until the road forks to the right. Take the left fork and follow the road to the lake this is Seminole (you will now be going East along Lake Monroe). Go thru the traffic circle and turn left at the next intersection. This is Palmetto; proceed into the marina. The Palms Island Resort is on the left, and our office building is on the right. We are the first office in the building Suite 101.
From Geneva
Follow SR 46 West into Sanford. At Mellonville, turn right (North) follow to the Lake (Seminole) and turn left. Take Seminole to Palmetto, turn right and pass the marina. The Palms Island Hotel is on the left, and our office building is on the right. We are the first office in the building Suite 101.
From 46A
Take a left at Rinehart Road. Go north (right turn) to SR 46. Turn right (East) onto SR 46. Approximately 5 miles down the road you will cross Highway 17-92.
